Fantastic food and really lovely friendly service - one of the best places we have eaten in the north east. The food is brilliantly thought out and prepared and perfect for all ages. The tacos and pulled pork with lots of really tasty and interesting sauces and great slaw were truly wonderful. The pizza - and particularly the dough - was delicious too. All the staff were friendly, decor nicely quirky and simple (but still all very comfy) and the atmosphere was fab with great music. Delighted to have discovered this and will be back. Maybe tomorrow!   Matts B

Absolutely Brilliant!

Being new to the area we weren't sure what to expect but by the time we left we were blown away by how good this place was. All of the food is made almost right in front of you and from the moment it arrives at the table you can tell that it is genuine, wholesome and made with love. The staff are just lovely and we're looking forward to returning sometime soon. Absolutely 5 stars!!

Been twice now & love everything about it... It's quirky, great atmosphere & the food is AMAZING! Personal favourite so far... Haloumi platter & poshest Whitley Bay lamb kebab! Delicious!

The best pizzas going. Definitely one of the best eateries on the coast. Portion sizes are amazing, I can't recommend the halloumi platter enough - although it's a pretty close call as nothing on the menu disappoints, whether you're a meat eater or veggie/vegan. Service is always warm and a great chilled ambiance with warmth from the wood burners and a charming mural on the wall that you get lost exploring with your eyes! I would take anyone and everyone here.

Beautiful Food, Everytime!

Popped in today with 4 other friends. We had a margherita pizza, 2 ham and wild mushroom pizzas, and 2 halloumi flatbreads. The service was great, which was unexpected for such a new opening. The toppings were loaded with big and delicious flavors. Presentation was really spot on (the edible flowers on the flatbreads were a big hit). All very good. But those wood-fired flatbread / pizza bases? Tremendous! Great recipe and execution there. Very fluffy yet substantial with the perfect light amount of char for that hint of smoke you want. I've had a lot of great Neapolitan / artisanal pizza around the world and this was unique and delicious compared to them all. What a great addition to the neighborhood! Will be back many times to try more of the menu.
